Overall very happy with my first time with a short term rental at StorageMart Airdrie. I had it for just over 3 months and had a 10x10 unit, not close to the door, but interior. Chose this for the winter months I would be using it.
Right away - securing a unit that fit my needs was easy, online and did it same day (didn’t have to talk to anyone and got a gate code to roll right up). I did go to the main office to ask exactly how to find my unit and he showed me a map to suggest the best access door.
There was a loading bay with a garage door style (7’ door height) that you could pull right into to unload. There were carts and dollies right there to help unpack.
Unit was clean, lock provided, easy to secure. The one thing I did notice was that the units walls didn’t go to the ceiling. If I had a ladder I could look right into someone else’s unit and possibly climb right in. Didn’t bother me but I noticed it and just hadn’t expected them to be “open” like that. There was also only light in the hallway, not the unit itself for the one I rented at least.
Accessing the location daily was easy. The lot was maintained from snow, other patrons took turns navigating the space.
Ending my rental was also painless and straightforward. Lots of emails for communication to tell me what to expect and how to proceed. Great experience for me! If I need storage space in the future I’d come back here!

Managed to signup for everything online, but really appreciated the experience getting my keys and seeing my storage unit in person. Ryan was efficient and friendly, gave me all the information I need to figure out best ways to load in and out of the unit. When my gate code didn’t work initially, he helped to push the code update so that it was working before I left. Great service and I’d recommend this location to anyone looking for storage in Airdrie or the area!

It was a very easy to book when I got my unit. I was there about 4 mths. This place is great very nice employees. I didn't set the lock properly they ended up calling me to inform me my unit wasn't locked properly. I did this not once but twice. So they're very much on the ball.They drive around looking at people's units to make sure everything is secure and proper. I recommend this place 100%

Ryan in the Airdrie, Kingsview location is amazing!
Always polite, never have I ever felt that I was an inconvience for him. When I inquired about a Television box he acknowledged right away that he knew what I was trying to describe. The company for what ever reason stopped putting it on the product price list. He let me know that he had a couple that they had to move and store in one of the units. He went and retrieved it for me and charged me a reasonable price for it. He always helps load my vehicle with my purchases, and always has gone over my invoice with me to show me exactly what I was charged for. The storage unit business is booming but I wish that the other companies would have a Ryan to help their customers. Too many other companies, just do not seem to care. Keep up the great customer service Ryan!

Super satisfied with the unit. It’s so super clean. I was renting at another facility before and it was so dirty. This unit exceeded my expectations and I love how close it is to home
